about
Coming off the back of his recently released single ‘Letswork’, Young Naïve presents the second in his fortnightly release series.
The heavy, bass driven ’Okinteresting’ is his interpretation of the definitive club hit. At first glance this track sounds like a robot having an asthma attack, and indeed that may be so; the song comes from the mindset that electronic dance music doesn’t have to be so long-winded and drawn out, that a song can be short and sweet yet still deliver enough interest to the listener to keep their feet moving.
‘Okinteresting’ is designed to be enjoyed over multiple plays on the way home from work or as a one-hitter on the dancefloor, but ultimately Young Naïve hand-delivers a groove so irresistible, the only thing he’s asking is to let your hair down, get out of your chair, close your eyes and dance.
It may just leave you catching your breath for some time to come.
